Itinerary Day 1 - Arrival and stay at International Guest House, Kathmandu We'll meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation. Get settled in. You might wish to sleep off the jet-lag, or explore the bustling city of Kathmandhu. We'll meet you for dinner and formal welcome in the evening. Day 2 - Culturual day and stay at International Guest House, Kathmandu We understand that kayaking isn't just about the whitewater, but the places it takes you. That's why today we'll be exploring some of the older parts of the city. We'll head to Swayambunath to see the monkeys, then to Patan or Kathmandu Durbar square to see the amazing architecture these areas have to offer. At the end of the day we'll meet again for dinner and brief for the coming days. Day 3 -  Eskimo Beach Camp on the Marsyangdi River We'll transfer to a beautiful beach camp, set up for us by our in country partners on the banks of the beautiful Marsyangdi river. This will be our home for the next three nights.  This afternoon we will get on the water for a skills workshop to get you settled in to Nepalese whitewater and prepared for the rest of the trip. Day 4 - Trisuli River and camp at Eskimo Beach One of the most iconic and popular rivers in the region, it makes sense for us to have it on our list! Today will be a chance to play our way down the awesome waves of the Trisuli River. With bigger volume than most brits have dreamt of, the Trisuli is a day you won't forget. The rapids give us an ideal classroom to learn the skills of paddling on this type of whitewater. Once back, we'll camp out under the stars with our dinner cooked by a team of amazing Nepali river gurus! Day 5 - Lower Marsyangdi River and camp at Eskimo Beach This is the perfect river to get into the swing of things here in Nepal and experience some larger volume. The rapids give us an ideal classroom to learn the skills of paddling on this type of whitewater. We'll camp out under the stars with our dinner cooked by a team of amazing Nepali river gurus! Day 6 -Journey to Pokhara and stay at Hotel Blue Heaven After our beach camp breakfast we'll pack up and hit the road for the next step in our journey. Pokhara is one of the most beautiful locations in the world, and we love sharing this lake side city with new people. This afternoon and evening will also be a chance to rest up and to shake off that travel haze once and for all, or if you're feeling fresh then a chance to head up to the Pokhara World Peace Pagoda that sits on the hilltop overlooking. Day 7 - Pokhara sight seeing, the Upper Seti River, and stay at Hotel Blue Heaven A lie-in and a chance for more sight seeing followed by an after lunch departure to the Upper Seti River. This section is completely unlike the rest, with continuous technical grade 3/4 rapids just 30 minutes away from the city.   Day 8 - Kaligandaki raft support and river camp The holy river. Putting on near the town on Beni, we'll spend 3 days in this beautiful valley. The Kaligandaki is one of our favourite rivers and we're very excited to share it with you!  Further coaching along the way will help you to progress in your kayaking and be able to tackle anything the river throws at us. We'll have beautiful beach camps along the way and plenty of time to soak it all in. Day 9 - Kaligandaki raft support and river camp Day 10 - Kaligandaki finish then stay in Sirikot. We'll take out and begin our journey back to Pokhara today. This is a great time to reflect on everything we covered over the last few days. We'll head to a mountain resort at the top of Sirikot to spend the night, gorge ourselves on BBQ food and watch the stunning sunset and sunrise. Day 11 - Sirikot and then continue to Pokhara  Breathtaking views of the Annapurna range await, and might even be enough to tempt you up for a sunrise photo session! There is also here an opportunity to take a tandem paraglide flight down from the mountain (at additional expense). Once back in Pokhara we'll have another chance to explore the area.  Maybe hire a fishing rod and boat and relax on the lake, or even take out a SUP board!  Day 12 - Journey back to Kathmandu, with one last blast down the highlight section of the Trisuli River on the way. You may spend the afternoon packing, drying out your gear, and doing any last minute shopping you need to do before you depart. Day 13 - Depart. Time for us to say goodbye, but we hope, not for long!  You don't have to go home after this of course. There are a million other things to do in Nepal!
