Which level should I go for?
This course will be delivered at two levels: Moderate and Advanced Whitewater.
The Moderate level course will be based on whitewater grade 2-3 and is recommended for paddlers who are in the early stages of their whitewater progress. To get the most out of this course, a paddler should be generally comfortable on most grade 2 whitewater, and willing to consider taking on grade 3 rapids on most days. Participants do not need to be able to roll, though this would be helpful.
The Advanced level course will be based on whitewater grade 3 with opportunities to paddle up to grade 4 and beyond, and is recommended for paddlers with a few years experience. To get the most out of this course, a paddler should generally be comfortable on grade 3 rapids, and willing to consider taking on grade 4 rapids on most days. Participants should have at least a semi-reliable moving water roll.

The progressive nature of the course ticked all the boxes I was looking for with combinations of new lines, challenges and good old fashioned fun all delivered by great coaching. By the end of the week I had a clear understanding of a running theme to take away and work on. Now to get on it and apply with my new boat. Emma Foxley - 5*
It was an awesome experience and one I would recommend to others who are stuck in their paddling progression and want to progress further. Jamie is a patient and detailed instructor and it is easy to see that he is extremely passionate about the sport. Morten Chen - 5*
