Are you looking to lead paddlers on whitewater, either professionally, as part of a club? Maybe you just want to expand your knowledge and capability on the river so that you feel more confident leading trips with your mates?
The white water leader awards are designed to give you the skills and confidence to lead in your chosen environment. We can offer:
White Water Leader - Grade 2(3)
Advanced White Water Leader - Grade 4
Training Courses
You'll not regret joining Paddle365 for our delivery of the Paddle UK Whitewater Kayak Leader training course. This course is guaranteed to push you, advance your leadership knowledge and tactics, and send you towards assessment with a firm idea of the steps you should take to get ready.
The minimum requirement is 2 days for a leadership training course, although we sometimes run courses of 3 days or longer to further develop your skills in all aspects that you might need for a successful assessment.
What's included in the price:
-A registered Paddle UK WWK Leader Training Course that will go on your record of CPD.
- Professional coaching from an experienced and qualified member of staff.
- An action plan and access to ongoing support to take you through to assessment.
-Digital copies of all photos from the course.
What's not included in the price
-Food and Accommodation
-Transport to and from the river (unless agreed otherwise. We will take minimal vehicles to ensure efficiency and lowest carbon impact.)
-Boat hire or equipment use can be arranged for a supplemental fee.
-Parking and Facility Fees.
