Online White Water - Reading The River Course

Last Winter Jamie joined Simon and James from Online White Water as a course presenter for their new course, 'Reading & Understanding the River'. We focus on the knowledge, skills and principals you need to pick great sections of white water to paddle and to hit clean, safe lines. Learn about different river features, understand the grading system, how to read and run and when and how to scout rapids.

Taster lesson: White Water Stoppers Explained

If you enjoyed this course so far and want more, you'll have to become an Online White Water subscriber, or of course you could book the face to face version with Paddle365.

We had a lot of fun filming this! Check out these imagines, which are screengrabs from the course video content. North Wales is a magical place to paddle.

Really enjoyed reading this update, it was clear and easy to follow throughout. The way the performances and progress were described makes it simple to understand how much effort goes into this level of competition. It’s always nice to see both achievements and learning moments being shared together, as it feels realistic and motivating at the same time. Posts like this also highlight the discipline and consistency needed behind the scenes, which is often overlooked by readers. In a broader context, students sometimes look for academic support resources such as assignment help Birmingham UK when balancing multiple responsibilities. Overall, a well-written and engaging update that keeps things informative without being overcomplicated.
