We're always on the look out for ways to improve what we do, and to help others along the way. Additional collaborating staff occasionally join us for courses, but chances are, your booking will be delivered by one of this bunch.

Jamie Greenhalgh

Qualification: BCAB Advanced Whitewater Kayak Performance Coach

A highly experienced kayaker and passionate coach; Jamie made a bid to escape the London life he was born to by devoting as much time to adventure kayaking as is humanly possibly.  With a long list of major river descents across the world to his name, his personal experience is matched by his enthusiasm and passion. Jamie is a Pyranha Kayaks and NRS Europe team member.

Jamie is the company director and heads up our Coaching Team, delivering a ton of skills courses and workshops for happy paddlers all year round. Jamie also sits on Paddle UK's technical advisory panel for white water kayaking.

Joe Halliwell-Dykes

The youngest member of our team, and the most driven upcoming whitewater coach and kayaker you'll find! Joe has been a brilliant addition to Paddle365, working on courses at all ability levels and taking a special interest in helping paddlers to have as much fun as possible on white water. He's packed in 3 seasons of epic kayaking adventures in South America, along with many more at home in the UK.

Joe Harbour

Having started paddling in his early teens, there hasn’t been much that has kept Joe away from the water. Whether he's white water kayaking, raft guiding or freestyle paddling, you will usually find him down by the river somewhere.​  Joe can be found delivering a wide range of our skills courses and workshops, helping oversee day to day operations and working closely with our sister company Paddle The Dee.

Matt Blackwell​

Qualification: BCAB Advanced Whitewater Kayak Coach (old Lvl 4)

Matt's infectious joy for hanging out with people on the water make him a firm favourite among course regulars.  He is an accomplished kayaker and boasts a real understanding for the river environment and proactive techniques for smooth travel through it.  Matt is a school teacher when not working on white water, so you will often find him delivering our weekend and holiday courses.
