Women's Specific Whitewater Courses

At Paddle365 we understand that sometimes it is really nice to have the opportunity to learn within a group of peers. Receiving coaching in a Women's Specific Course with us carries no difference in syllabus or technical emphasis... Just the iron commitment to high standards of personalised coaching that we always keep, and the knowledge that you're in a course alongside your peers.

No stress, no conflicting agendas, just great paddling days and input from highly skilled and personable coaches. We will strive to create a fun and motivational atmosphere that aims to empower learners toward a lifetime of inspiring and safe adventures. This is what we offer in our Women's Specific Training Courses.

Courses, Skill levels and how to choose

White Water Beginners: Skill development on grade 1 moving water and grade 2 white water.  Participants should be able to paddle forward and manoeuvre a kayak on flat water and should be comfortable wearing a spraydeck over their kayak cockpit. This level is attainable through a private lesson with us, so if you're not sure, contact us to arrange.

Grade 2-3 Developers: Participants should be able to manage their boat to a reasonable degree of consistency in grade 2 white water, including a reasonable understanding of white water basics such as ferrying, breaking in and out of eddies, and choosing lines down rapids.

Do you have a different peer group that you would like us to create a course for? Let us know and we'll happily work with you to arrange this.
